I think the perfect button is just as important as the perfect yarn. Sometimes it takes me months to find the right buttons to go with the project. These BSJ have been united with their button family and will live happily ever after.
This was my first BSJ made of Araucania Atacama a very soft yarn and I found soft bunny buttons.
Made of Elsebeth Lavold Cable Cotton this one needed organic looking rustic metal buttons.

Hi, I came over from Zimmermania and |I just wanted to say I love your Tomten and BSJs.
I used those buttons on a cardigan recently, araucania nature cotton five hour baby sweater...they are so cute Love the look of the yarn you used..
those rabbit buttons are so sweet. both sweater look great too!
The BSJ's are so addictive. I am starting my third one and everytime I look at dk weight yarn I think the same thing (BSJ).
I have a question for you. I have both elizabeth's pattern and one that was from a class I took and I just can't get started again!! I know I was supposed to place markers on each side of the sk2p, (ie. 34M86M34 for the first row, but can't for the life of me remember if it was before or after the three stitches. Does this ring a bell with you? If I don't use markers, I know the pattern will drive me crazy!
