Here are some more of my no face pictures. I'm just funny that way.
We had a great time at stix-n-stitches as always. Lots of yarn, lots of talk of future projects and where we were going to eat!
My daughter Pepper was busy looking for just the right yarn for a scarf. Here she is showing Karen her newest scarf design.
Jackie and Pat are checking out the merchandise.
Marie,Steph, Karen and Pat full of questions.
Here is my daughter Zel wanting to take all the yarn home.
Jackie and Lynn checking out the sock yarn.
Here is Pat's Flame Hat for her grandson well on it's way.
Here is Pat showing off her hat.
We went to Brooklyn Pizza.
We started with a healthy salad and then it all went wrong from there!
Everyone placed their orders and some even shared a meal.
Then I had the great idea to order a pizza as well.
Many of my Chalk Dust friends started looking at me like I was nuts! Way too much food they said!!
It looks to me like maybe it wasn't too much food after all.
We were even able to that food home!
The next Feild Trip will be to Patricia's Yarns in Hoboken. I can't wait to go and get some Rowan yarn!
I am so grateful to know these awesome women and to share knitting, crochet and life with them.

Carmen... thanks for organizing a wonderful day. I promise the trip to Patricia's will be just as wonderful! Hope you had a good day!
It has been a true pleasure to share my life with you and all of the other women in the group. It was a truly relaxing day.
Your group has fantastic field trips! What a blessing to have such a compatible group. Looks like fun!
:)
I have had so much fun being a part of this group :-) The trip yesterday was relaxing and very enjoyable. I look forward to many more!
I wish I lived near you guys! I'd be broke, homeless and surrounded by yarn.....then I could crochet around my cardboard box house! LOL. Great blog pics! PK
That sounds like so much fun. My sis and I have an atlas of all the yarn stores in America. We said one of these days we will start going on day trips and hit the close ones. After we've hit the tri-state area we'll have to start planning vacations around our yarn buys.
Wow, that looks like so much fun! (the flame hat will be amazing, but wow!) And the food looks delicious.
Sounds like a great outing! You are so lucky to have so many knitting friends. And all the food made me hungry!
In NYC, my daughter lives right around the corner from Knitty City on the upper west side, and I can't wait to check it out!
Looks like it was great fun! I need to join a knitting group...
The salad and pizza looks like it was wonderful! I love a good pizza/calzone.
I love reading your blog! I wish I could come on your field trips! Looks like fun times.
