All Wrapped Up

I have stopped all of my other projects to work on a wrap found in the latest issue of debbie bliss knitting magazine.

My pleated wrap is being made with gray Paton Silk Bamboo.

I'm a very slow knitter so it will take me a long time at 71" long.

I was looking at that magazine again yesterday! How did I miss that wrap? And in the bamboo silk it looks super drape-alicious. 71 inches? Wow.

Your wrap looks like it's coming along nicely. I think I'm going to have to have another look at my copy of the magazine to check that pattern out! I'm sure once you get stuck into it you'll be surprised that it doesn't take so long to finish.

That looks very elegant. I love when you just have to knit something NOW. That's when you know it's going to be worth it.

That looks so amazingly soft and squishy. I'm a fellow slow knitter, so I totally understand. Good luck! It's going to be beautiful.

Doesn't that look gorgeous! So soft and I love the colour. I like Debbie Bliss, she's very good at making very simple but elegant pieces.

I purchased some of the silk bamboo for a shawl (haven't started it yet but that's another story). It feels luscious! How do you like working with it?
